That way his powers will be used for good and he'd make money.  So as Spider-Man he sneaks into the Baxter Building headquaters of the FF.  A battle between both Spider-Man and the FF arises.  When Spider-Man finds out that the FF don't get paid for their superhero abilities, Spider-Man leaves.  Mean while, a master of disguise criminal called the Chameleon plans to frame Spider-Man.  The Chemeleon disguises himself as Spider-Man. During the robbery, he tricks the real Spider-Man into showing up at the scene of the crime.  The police then believe the real Spider-Man has commeted the crime.  Spider-Man manages to evade capture by the police.  Later when Spidey tracks down the Chameleon the both of them have a battle.
