The DC vs. Vampires Elseworlds story continues in a brand-new one-shot titled DC vs. Vampires: World War V - Darkness and Light #1 that shows off the inner workings of one of the most dangerous timelines in the Omniverse!
In the new one-shot by Matthew Rosenberg, Daniel Bayliss, and Nikola Čižmešija, the comic follows the two different sides of the vampire outbreak. Part of the story follows the vampiric Wonder Woman and her navigating through a world that's changed just as she has. Meanwhile, Alfred fights evil as the newest Green Lantern - YES, you read that right! The comic will feature both characters crossing paths with their respective missions, heading on a collision course.
DC vs. Vampires: World War V - Darkness and Light #1 features main cover art from Otto Schmidt. Meanwhile, Edwin Galmon draws connecting cover art showcasing Alfred and Wonder Woman in one combined image! Check out the main art followed by the text solicit below.
TWO SIDES OF THE SAME STORY, SHOWN HERE IN ONE INCREDIBLE SPECIAL! Wonder Woman, child of Themyscira turned vampire, and Alfred, Butler of the Waynes turned Green Lantern. Their paths couldn't be any different. But for each, a chance encounter will force them to reexamine what it means to survive in a world ruled by darkness. Showcasing two sides of the same story, this double-feature special issue illustrates how anger and vengeance can break you or fuel you... how it can be ruin, or salvation!
