Batman & Santa vs. Krampus: Epic Showdown in Gotham!

Santa is coming to Gotham City, not necessarily only to spread holiday cheer but also to help Batman take down some dangerous villains who have emerged - including Krampus himself. In Batman - Santa Claus: Silent Knight #1, Batman, Superman, Robin, and Zatanna are among the heroes working alongside Kris Kringle, who will reveal he helped train Batman. This version of Santa, from Jeff Parker, Michele Bandini, Alex Sinclair, and Pat Brosseau, is much more deadly than the St. Nick you might have come to love, as he will use any means necessary to ensure Krampus and his army are stopped.
The four-issue miniseries will come out each week in December, with the first issue available at CaptCan Comics now. Issue one of Batman - Santa Claus: Silent Knight #1 features covers from superstar artist Dan Mora, an homage cover from Otto Schmidt, and a gorgeous Derrick Chew cover featuring Zatanna and Santa that will make you question whether the magic-user made his way onto his naughty list for reasons that have nothing to do with being bad.
The four-part crossover event of a generation begins when a not-so-jolly St. Nick hits Gotham City to investigate a brutal crime in the days leading up to Christmas…What manner of man or beast could have committed such atrocities?! With the help of his former student, Batman, Santa will team up with the heroes of the DC Universe to right this wrong-or the world wakes up to coal in their stockings! A brutal, two-fisted holiday tale of hope, wonder, and monster hunting is the perfect treat to ring in the holidays-it’s Claus in canon!
Batman - Santa Claus: Silent Knight #2 features the ongoing battle between Batman, Superman, and Krampus, as the heroes will work alongside the Justice League to stop the villain’s vampires from overtaking Bludhaven. Santa and Batman can be seen in action on Mora’s variant cover. Lesley Li’s variant features Harley Quinn tying up Santa and getting ready to cross her name off his naughty list. Lastly, the issue will feature a 1:25 variant from Trevor Hairsine and Arif Prianto featuring the Green Arrow getting in on the Christmas-themed–action as he takes on a group of vampires.
