Spawn #374 is coming from Todd McFarlane and Brett Booth in early 2026, and with the issue is a cover by fan-favorite Canadian artist Jeff Monk.

In Spawn #374, Spawn and those closest to him will be revealed in the real world, leading to the United States Military hunting him down. The issue features main cover art by Monk, showcasing the antihero emerging from the darkness. Additionally, Jonathan Uribe is drawing a variant for the series.
