A long-dreamed-of collaboration is happening between Star Wars and Marvel.

In Star Wars / Marvel: Hope Assembles #1 by Kevin Smith and David Marquez, a spell makes the events of Star Wars: A New Hope happen on Earth-616. Iconic heroes and villains crossing paths in the story include Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader, and Spider-Man and Doctor Doom.

Star Wars / Marvel: Hope Assembles #1 features main cover art by David Marquez and Laura Martin, with variants coming from Alex Ross, Kaare Andrews, Cory Smith, Rafael Albuquerque, Dan Jurgens, and Matteo Lolli.
