Return to Skull Island Brings Netflix Series To The Page

The hit animated series Skull Island is getting a comic book adaptation, as the Netflix show is being continued in a much-anticipated story from Titan Books, bringing brand-new, exciting action from characters last seen on the small screen to the page for the first time.
In Return to Skull Island #1 by Simon Furman and Chris Jones, a group of castaways return to the titular island, learning that there are even darker secrets at play than they believed. Plus, King Kong takes on a Kraken, an image brought to life by artist InHyuk Lee on the main cover for the issue. Variants are available from Jones, while a foil variant of Lee’s cover will also be offered, along with blank and logo variants. Check out the main cover art and text solicit for the issue below.
