Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Explores Scorpius Run!

Captain Pike and the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise’s adventures continue in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds -- The Scorpius Run, and CaptCan Comics is proudly offering an exclusive cover on the premiere issue from Canadian artist Andrew Thomas!
Thomas is an award-winning cartoonist and letterer who has worked with some of the biggest publishers in the game, including Dark Horse Comics, Secret Stash Press, and Archie Comics. Thomas is drawing a new exclusive variant cover for us for the upcoming Star Trek: Strange New Worlds -- The Scorpius Run #1 by Ryan Parrott, Kirsten Beyer, Mike Johnson, Angel Hernandez, Nick Filardi, and Clayton Cowles! The four-issue series will tell a new never-before-seen adventure where the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise loses contact with the Starfleet and will be stuck in a part of space they’ve never been to. Thomas’s cover features the crew in his signature style!

I can't remember a time when Star Trek wasn't a part of my life. The wonders of space and the enigmatic ship designs never failed to captivate me. As I grew older, I came to appreciate not just the stories and characters but also the philosophical depth. Star Trek remained a constant source of new knowledge. It was and remains comfort viewing, bringing me back to a much simpler time.
When CaptCan gave me the opportunity to create the cover, I was overjoyed. Each moment spent drawing was sheer bliss. Every stroke represented the culmination of years of adoration for the franchise. I am forever grateful to have been given the honor and privilege to contribute to a series I hold dear.
