Star Wars: Dark Droids - Marvel's Sinister Robotic Crossover!

Star Wars is showing off the dark side of the droids, as an upcoming crossover from Marvel Comics will tell the tale of some of the more sinister robots across the galaxy.
Marvel revealed starting in June with Star Wars: Bounty Hunters #35, the dark droid crossover beings, continuing with Star Wars: Dark Droids #1 in August, followed by Star Wars: Darth Vader #37, Star Wars: Doctor Aphra #35, and Star Wars: Bounty Hunter #37. The event will feature the Scourge of the Droids, where droids were corrupted across the Star Wars: Universe. Star Wars: Dark Droids will shine a light on who is responsible for the droid takeover, focus on the corruption of droids during the ongoing fight between the Rebellion and Empire while spotlighting Ajax Sigma, the droid who led a rebellion during the High Republic era against the Jedi Order, while he was rebuilt in the present day by cultists.
Star Wars: Dark Droids #1 features a main cover from Leinil Francis Yu showing Luke Skywalker and the more recognizable droids in the Star Wars Universe facing off against their darker counterparts. Rachael Stott draws a C-3PO-starring Scourge cover, which will also be available upon release as a 1:100 variant.
John Tyler Christopher draws a C-3PO action figure variant, and Giuseppe Camuncoli illustrates a fantastic R2-D2 variant cover. Jim Cheung draws a 1:50 variant featuring Luke, Leia, and Darth Vader.

The crossover comics will feature a focus on some fan-favorite droids from the Star Wars Universe, including 0-0-0, 4-Lom, BT-1, and one of the deadliest droids in the galaxy, C1-10P aka Chopper. In addition, readers can anticipate more unexpected droids and Star Wars characters to appear in “Dark Droids” and crossovers.
