The Marvel Universe Transforms in Avengers: Armageddon

Avengers: Armageddon is promising major changes to the status quo as some of the greatest heroes in the Marvel Universe team up to stop the Red Hulk and the monsters' frightening rampage.

In Avengers: Armageddon #1 by Chip Zdarsky, Delio Diaz, Frank Alpizar, and Cory Petit, the title teases a "super-powered cataclysm" between Red Hulk and the Avengers, Fantastic Four, Wolverine, and more heroes that will likely feature casualties. Marvel further describes the comic's potential impact as there being "...a pre-Armageddon Marvel Universe and a post-Armageddon Marvel Universe. Be here to bear witness to the transformation."

Avengers Armageddon #1 features main cover art by Dike Ruan and Moreno DiNisio, with variants coming from Alex Ross, Chip Zdarsky, Jenny Frison (also available as a 1:00 virgin variant), Kaare Andrews, Ryan Stegman, and Skottie Young.
