At CaptCan Comics, we aim to make sure every order arrives safely and exactly as expected. While most purchases are final sale, we will always work with you if something arrives damaged or incorrect.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us before it ships. We can usually help, depending on where your order is in our packing process.

We accept returns only when authorised by our team (e.g., wrong item, significant error). Items must be returned in the same condition they were received and packaged securely. Return shipping may be covered by us depending on the situation.

Pre-Sales allow you to reserve upcoming new releases before they arrive at our warehouse.
Release dates are set by publishers and may change without notice. Cover art and variants may also change prior to publication.
We do not ship Pre-Orders graded lower than NM-.
If our distributor ships damaged copies, your shipment may experience a short delay while we wait for replacements.
If your order contains both in-stock items and Pre-Sales, the full order will ship when the Pre-Sales are released.
To ship items separately, please place separate orders.
Due to the nature of publisher ordering and allocation, Pre-Sales cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed — unless the title is cancelled, severely allocated, or cannot be supplied, in which case we will issue a refund.
Pre-Orders cannot be picked up before the official release date.
