Shipping & Hold Box FAQ

Find answers to common questions about our shipping and Hold Box services.

Hold Box allows you to accumulate multiple orders and ship them together, saving on shipping costs. Simply select Hold Box at checkout and we'll store your items until you're ready to ship.

You can request shipping anytime by logging into your account and selecting 'Ship My Hold Box'. We recommend shipping when you have multiple items to maximize value, or when you're ready to receive your comics.

Yes! We can include your CGC submissions with your Hold Box shipment. CGC books are carefully packaged with extra protection to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

If your package is delayed, we'll notify you immediately with tracking updates. We work with reliable carriers and provide full tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Items can stay in your Hold Box for up to 90 days. This gives you plenty of time to accumulate orders and decide when to ship. We'll send reminders as the 90-day limit approaches.

Hold Box service is completely free! There are no storage fees or additional charges. You only pay for shipping when you're ready to receive your items.
