Synopsis:Â Doctor Phosphorus escapes from Cray Prison. Jack and Ted discuss how Jack is going to deal with the escaped villain while watching the TV news. Elsewhere, Shade helps Matt O'Dare go straight by eliminating, either by murder or conversation, those who knew Matt's past. The last person they confront is Hope, she isn't happy with Matt, but gives him a chance to prove himself.
