• 1 Part One: The Cave Script: Esther Pearl Watson +
  While working on a case involving the death of a young boy, Batman is shot. When Bruce regains consciousness, he finds himself as a patient at Arkham Asylum, and he is told that for the last 20 years he has been living in a fantasy world where he is Batman, but that world only exists in his mind.
• 2 Part Two: The Right Hand Script: Esther Pearl Watson +
  Bruce regains his cowl and escapes from Arkham and confronts Alfred to reveal the truth of the situation. Batman then emeges in a desert where he finds the living head of the Joker encased in a jar.
• 3 Part Three: The Asylum Script: Esther Pearl Watson +
  Batman and the Joker travel to Coast City which has been decimated by a past battle, where they are attacked by Green Lantern ring energy constructs, but they are rescued by Vixen and Poison Ivy.
• 4 Part Four: Echolocation Script: Esther Pearl Watson +
  Bruce is brought to the ruins of the Hall of Justice, where Wonder Woman is gathering a group of heroes as new Amazons to protect the survivors of Earth. Wonder Woman tells Bruce how Luthor manipulated the people of the world to turn against the heroes, but how they eventually turned on the villains as well. Batman was killed in the attacks, and ultimately a new evil named Omega rose to take over the world. Bruce reveals that he learned from Alfred that he is a clone of the original Batman. Bruce urges Diana to join the fight against Omega, but she declines.
