• 1 The Origin of Blackhawk Script: Will Eisner +
  In Warsaw, Poland, 1939, the Nazis are massing to rout the Polish Air Force, the only obstacle to their victory over Poland, and are being led by the Nazi commander, Captain von Tepp. However, in his attack, the brother and sister of a lone survivor are killed, and this survivor, later to become The Blackhawk, vows to hunt down von Tepp and make him pay personally for their deaths.
• 2 The Coward Dies Twice Script: Will Eisner +
  When the Nazis seemingly have the Blackhawks trapped while on their mission to rescue a scientist who has developed an atomic bomb, a young English pilot named Walt, thought by many to be a coward, takes his Spitfire into the air and sacrifices his life to save the Blackhawks.
• 3 The Doomed Battalion! Script: Will Eisner +
  A plane crash lands on Blackhawk Island and the survivor, Chop-Chop, tells Blackhawk about a food profiteer named Markov, who is mad at a Red Cross nurse in the Drina River Valley in Yugoslavia, because she is giving crippled soldiers food for free. The Blackhawks decide to intervene and run smack dab into a large Nazi force.

  Blackhawk captures the Black Tigress, who warns him that he will not hold her long, and that soon vast hoards of Arabs would sweep the English from Africa and control the Suez Canal.
• 5 Scavengers of Doom Script: Nils Frederik Jeschky +
  In the ravages of war, it's inevitable that jackals of war, called the Scavengers, would murder, torture helpless victims, and ghoulishly hunt and rob the dead. Ironically, it's the Nazis who succeed in capturing them, but then vow to spare their lives if they can capture the Blackhawks!
• 6 The Vial of Death! Script: Nils Frederik Jeschky +
  Blackhawk succeeds in getting a diabolical formula back for a destructive killer germ from the Nazis, who plan to use it to wipe out Allied forces, then takes it on the run as the Nazis concentrate their forces to catch him and get it back.
• 7 The Return of Genghis Khan! Script: Nils Frederik Jeschky +
  Genghis Khan is re-born and starts on his reign of terror, until Blackhawk catches up with him. However, Blackhawk is captured and even Chop-Chop becomes one of Khan's own Generals, but recovers his sanity in time to release his leader.
• 8 The Sunken Island of Death! Script: Nils Frederik Jeschky +
  When a mountain rises out of the mid-Atlantic, United States, British, and German ships converge on the location. When the Nazis arrive, Blackhawk and his men are already there to claim it.
• 9 The Man in the Iron Mask Script: Nils Frederik Jeschky +
  The Blackhawks return to the place where their beloved comrade, Andre, seemingly met his fate six months earlier. However, Blackhawk discovers a man called Iron Face held prisoner whom he later discovers is in fact Andre Whose face has been horribly disfigured. Later, Blackhawk rescues Dr. Fritz von Rath, the greatest plastic surgeon in the world, from a Nazi concentration camp, but the man is quite mad.
• 10 Trapped in the Devil's Oven Script: Nils Frederik Jeschky +
  Andre is brought back to Blackhawk Island, to be operated on by the renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Fritz von Rath, who was recently rescued from a concentration camp. Unfortunately for Andre, the doctor, whose mind is still adversely affected from his captivity and because the Germans hold his daughter captive, gives Andre the face of the doctor's former concentration camp commander, Baron von Ziefh! In the end, the doctor fixes Andre's face, and Andre becomes engaged to his daughter, Barbara.
• 11 Fury in the Philippines Script: Nils Frederik Jeschky +
  The Blackhawks must battle German, Japanese, and Italian soldiers in their quest to bring relief to stranded Allied soldiers in the Philippines.
• 12 The Curse of Xanukhara Script: Nils Frederik Jeschky +
  The Blackhawks are in pursuit of a leather briefcase containing a priceless, pre-determined plan of human existence which will be disrupted upon its disclosure, and which affects the outcome of World War II. In fact, two billion years of evolution are but a chapter in the gigantic plan.
• 13 Blackhawk vs. the Butcher! Script: Bill Woolfolk +
  When the Countess Elsia stands up Baron von Tepp for a dinner date, he decides to send his troops to get her. She narrowly escapes, however all the efforts of Blackhawk cannot save her. Then and there, the Blackhawks decide to track down von Tepp, better known as "The Butcher" (because he loves to kill for the Führer), to avenge the late Countess.
• 14 Tondeleyo Script: Bill Woolfolk +
  Blackhawk challenges Nazi ace Hans Oberst to an aerial duel to the death, which he accepts, but Blackhawk is unaware that it is a trap. A newcomer to Blackhawk Island, Tondeleyo, sows seeds of discontent and cowardice among the Blackhawks, and Chop-Chop is the only one to pull his friends out of their depression and take on the Nazis.
• 15 Men Who Never Came Back Script: Otto Binder +
  The Blackhawks head for India to quell rioting fueled by the Japanese., When they arrive in Calcutta they call on the American consul who desperately asks for their help. When he is killed, the Blackhawks continue the mission he gave them: find and rescue the Scottish Lost Battalion.
• 16 Blackhawk vs. the Fox Script: Bill Woolfolk +
  The Blackhawks go up against a blood thirsty German General, determined to not only go against the Führer's wishes and attack the British forces in the desert, but a man doggedly determined to become the new Führer of all Europe!
• 17 The Golden Bell of Soong-Toy! Script: Bill Woolfolk +
  A mysterious Japanese girl aides and abets the Blackhawks, alerting them that six Japanese warlords are meeting together at the House of Butterfly to discuss the best way to trap and kill the Blackhawks.
