  In order to more fully understand the problem of juvenile delinquency, Robin disguises himself as a street urchin, hoping to draw the attention of the infamous Third Street Gang.
• 21 Peril at the Pole Script: Bill Finger +
  When the Batplane becomes overloaded over arctic regions due to ice on the wings, Robin bails out, making Batman think he had sacrificed himself. By the time Batman can return, Robin has nabbed a desperate criminal.
