  Superman creates an alternate timeline where Superman, Jr. and Batman, Jr. can explore crimefighting without ramifications. In this timeline, the boys put an end to the mob boss of Sparta City, with some unexpected help.
• 2 Little Town with a Big Secret! Script: Bob Haney +
  Superman, Jr. and Batman, Jr. ride into Barstow and discover that it is a town with secrets. Years ago, aliens crash-landed there, but while they waited for their spaceship to repair itself the townsfolk discovered and murdered them. Now the townsfolk are placing themselves in suspended animation, to await the day the spaceship has repaired itself and will open up and give them access to its riches inside. But one person in town knows something the rest don't and has plans of his own.
• 3 Cry Not for My Forsaken Son! Script: Bob Haney +
  The super-sons meet Danny Orr when he takes someone else's car for a joyride after he finds out his father is really his adopted father. When his newly-discovered father, Mark King, sends him to his Central American emerald mine, Danny, Superman, Jr., and Batman, Jr. discover the kind of man Mark King is.
• 4 Evil in Paradise Script: Bob Haney +
  The super-sons accompany two scientists with opposing views on the essential nature of man - good or evil - to a newly discovered civilization between South America and Antarctica. But when the experiment doesn't go the way one scientist expects, he interferes in it with deadly results.
• 5 The Shocking Switch of the Super-Sons Script: Bob Haney +
  While Superman and Batman takes their sons to an "encounter" camp, they are asked to track down a rogue government agent before he releases nerve gas on the people of the nearby town.
• 6 Crown for a New Batman Script: Bob Haney +
  When Batman appears to die, Robin and Batman, Jr. vie to replace him. A requirement of Bruce Wayne's will is that Bruce Wayne, Jr. has to accompany an old business partner of his father's to the arctic. There, he uncovers the duplicity of his father's business partner and that his father is still alive.
• 7 The Girl Whom Time Forgot Script: Bob Haney +
  To keep them occupied, Superman and Batman send the super-sons on an expedition to a newly-discovered Mayan city in the Yucatan with Prof. Hanson and his son. There they meet the two inhabitants of the city and learn of their connection to the professor.
• 8 Hero Is a Dirty Name Script: Bob Haney +
  The super-sons have their fathers convicted on charges of grandstanding, but when they take out a weather-controlling conspiracy, with the help of The Flash, Green Arrow, and Aquaman, the boys realize that what they thought was grandstanding is really just letting people express their gratitude.
• 9 World without Men Script: Bob Haney +
  When the super-sons come across a town populated only by women hostile to men, they discover an evil alien behind it all, with an agenda of its own.
• 10 The Angel with a Dirty Name Script: Bob Haney +
  When the super-sons help a pretty girl perform a theatrical show for prison inmates, they unwittingly help Lex Luthor's daughter Ardora engineer his escape. They accompany the Luthors to Lexor, where Ardora has brought Lex in order to cure a gigantism plague. When Ardora learns that her father was reponsible for the plague, she turns to the boys for help in curing it, and sees to it that Luthor is returned to custody on Earth.
• 11 Town of the Timeless Killers Script: Bob Haney +
  The super-sons stumble into a ghost town where Clark, Jr. has no powers and they are hunted by four characters from the Old West. But Superboy, Jr. figures out a way to momentarily restore his powers and haul the desperadoes to justice.
• 12 The Final Secret of the Super-Sons Script: Helen Kaldheim +
  The super-sons' adventures are revealed to be computer simulations observed by Superman and Batman. But when Superman leaves the program running, Superman, Jr. figures out that there is another plane of existence, and the boys enter the real world. There, their presence causes natural disasters, so they sacrifice their artificial lives.
• 13 Superman, Jr. Is No More Script: Bob Haney +
  Superman, Jr. feels like he will never be able to replace his father, but when Superman is seemingly killed, Superman, Jr. ably fills the void.
