Synopsis: Kooning tracks down the Mandarin in order to kill him but fails in his attempt. With the Mandarin in possession of an airborne version of Extremis and on the brink of using it to kill over 97% of the earth's population, Tony is stuck answering to a UN investigative committee regarding the bomb he detonated in Omaha. When the committee rules to arrest Tony and bring him up on formal charges, Dum Dum calls in a SHIELD rescue team to extract him. Iron Man battles the Mandarin and stops the Extremis plague and a grateful UN reverses its decision to hold him as a criminal.
